One of the important factors affecting the effect of pad printing is pad printing head, at present, pad printing head is usually made of liquid silicone rubber, this kind of silicone rubber is called pad printing silicone, its characteristics are: good deinking effect, glial delicate, good resilience, pad printing times, pad printing pattern clear, low viscosity, good fluidity, small shrinkage, good oil, pad printing pattern clear. Pad printing silicone can be used to make a variety of pad printing adhesive heads, mainly used for plastic toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks, communication equipment, craft gifts and stationery and other irregular pattern printing.

The product series model is GA-2135-**, which has excellent mechanical properties, excellent pressure denaturation and defoamability, excellent fluidity, can be vulcanized at room temperature, and can be accelerated by heating. According to the different needs of the application to match different hardness, there are five conventional models in this series, respectively, GA-2135-15, GA-2153-25, GA-2135-28, GA-2135-35, GA-2135-45, corresponding to Shore A hardness from 15-50A, low viscosity, good fluidity, It can be used to prepare various complex shapes of glue heads. This series of liquid silicone rubber also has an antistatic effect, and the surface resistance is 109-1011Ω, which can ensure that the adhesive head is clean and the pad printing pattern is accurate.
